個人情報保護方針
特定非営利活動法人ARUN Seed（以下「当社」）は、以下のとおり個人情報保護方針を定め、個人情報保護の仕組みを構築し、個人情報の保護に関する法令を遵守すると共に、以下のポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）に従って、適切に個人情報を取り扱います。また、全従業員（ボランティアやインターン等も含むものとします。）に個人情報保護の重要性の認識と取組みを徹底させることにより、個人情報の保護を推進致します。なお、本ポリシーで使用する用語の意味は、個人情報の保護に関する法律(以下、「個人情報保護法」といいます)に準拠するものとします。
個人情報の管理
当社は、お客さまの個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、取得した個人データへの不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティシステムの維持・管理体制の整備・社員教育の徹底等の必要な措置を講じ、安全対策を実施し個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
個人情報の利用目的
お客さまからお預かりした個人情報は、以下目的内での利用のみをいたします。明示した目的の範囲外で利用する場合は、お客さまとの事前の同意のもとに行います。また、お客さまの個人情報の提供は任意です。なお、ご提供頂けない場合は、各サービスの一部、及び全部のご利用ができない場合があります。

個人情報の第三者への開示・提供の禁止
当社は、取得した個人データについて個人情報保護法に基づき認められる場合を除き、お客様の事前の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供することはありません。
個人情報の取扱いの委託
当社は、取得する個人データについて、その取扱いの一部を利用目的達成の範囲内で外部に委託することがあります。外部委託先については、個人情報保護の観点から、委託先としての選定評価を実施し、非開示契約を締結することにより、必要な個人情報の安全性を確保します。
個人情報の安全対策
当社は、個人情報の正確性及び安全性確保のために、セキュリティに万全の対策を講じています。万一、個人データの漏えい等の事故が起こった場合は、個人情報保護法に基づき速やかに個人情報保護委員会および本人に通知し、事実関係および再発防止策を公表することとします。
ご本人の照会
お客さまがご本人の個人情報の照会・修正・削除などをご希望される場合には、ご本人であることを確認の上、法令の定めるところに従い、所定の手続きを経たうえで、適切に対応させていただきます。
法令、規範の遵守と本ポリシーの見直し
当社は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。本ポリシーを改訂した場合、当社ウェブサイトに掲載することにより公表いたします。

Privacy Policy for the Protection of Personal Information
The following Privacy Policy is established by ARUN Seed, a non-profit organization based in Japan (hereinafter referred to as “ARUN”). This policy outlines ARUN’s framework for the safeguard of personal information and the compliance with pertinent laws and regulations governing personal data protection, and ARUN’s commitment to responsibly handle personal information. ARUN emphasizes the significance of personal information protection among the entire team, including employees, volunteers and interns. ARUN will continuously promote awareness and understanding of personal information protection among all our personnel. The terminology employed within this policy shall bear the meanings ascribed to them in alignment with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Management of Personal Information
In order to keep customers' personal information accurate and up-to-date and to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, falsification, leakage, etc. of acquired personal data, ARUN has taken proactive measures including maintenance of security systems, revision of management systems and safety protocols, and thorough employee training.
Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Personal information received from customers serves specific and defined purposes listed below. Any utilization of personal data beyond the scope of these stated purposes will only transpire with the prior consent of the customer. The sharing of personal information by our customers is voluntary; however, it is important to note that refraining from providing certain personal information may restrict access to specific services or limit the overall service experience.

Safeguarding Personal Data from Third-Party Disclosure
Under no circumstances will ARUN share or provide personal data to third parties without prior consent from the respective customer. This practice continues, except in situations explicitly authorized by the regulations set forth in the Personal Information Protection Law.
External Handling of Personal Data
ARUN may entrust a portion of the personal data management to external entities in achieving the designated usage objectives. To uphold the principles of personal data security, ARUN meticulously evaluates and selects these external entities as data processors. Furthermore, ARUN establishes non-disclosure agreements with these entities to ensure the protection and confidentiality of personal information.
Security Protocols for Personal Information
ARUN implements comprehensive security protocols to ensure the precision and safety of personal information. In the event of any data breaches and leakages, ARUN will inform the Personal Information Protection Committee and the individuals concerned. In compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law, we will openly communicate the specifics of the incident, as well as the follow-up measures to avert future occurrences.
Access to Personal Information
In case where a customer wishes to inquire about, access, amend, or remove his/her own personal information, ARUN will respond appropriately after confirming the identity of the customer and following the prescribed procedures in accordance with the law.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Review of this Policy
ARUN is committed to adhering to all relevant Japanese laws, regulations, and established standards concerning the management of personal information within our purview. To ensure these practices remain current and effective, ARUN periodically reviews and enhances this policy as necessary. Any updates or revisions to this policy will be communicated on ARUN’s official website.
